The reply inbox collects every reply to you in one queue, with AI drafts you approve, Engage finds fresh posts worth replying to in your niche, Analytics shows which of your posts work and which don't, and the follower tracker and unfollow tracker show who followed you and who left. You sign in with X; the app is not affiliated with X Corp. ### What lands in the inbox? Every comment under your posts, newest first, next to the post it answers. Pick one, read the thread, reply, move on. ### Does it keep working while I am away? Yes, as long as you have opened the app in the last 7 days in a browser where you are still signed in. The inbox checks for new replies by itself: every minute on Pro and Power or every 5 minutes on Creator while the app is open, and every 30 minutes while it is closed. Signing out everywhere or staying away for 7 days pauses it, together with the other background reads and automatic follows; your next visit resumes them and the inbox catches up on the last 48 hours. ### Who writes the replies? You do. No reply or post leaves your account unless you press send; with Always improve with AI on, the AI's version is sent when you press Improve & reply. Follows and unfollows happen only when you click them or switch on automation. The workspace opens the conversation and keeps the queue in order. ### How does the Chrome extension work? You prepare replies and direct messages in xInsightss and add them to the Queue. The xInsightss Chrome extension shows the queue in Chrome's side panel and opens each item on x.com in your own signed-in browser, with your text filled in by X's own link. You press Post or Send yourself, then mark it sent and move to the next. The queue doesn't use your monthly replies or follows and is included on every plan: up to 200 items can wait in it, and up to 20 direct messages can be added in any 24 hours. ### Does the extension post or send messages for me? No. It never presses Post or Send, never clicks or types on X, and never reads your timeline or your messages. xInsightss has no access to your direct messages; you send each one yourself on X. The only thing the extension reads on x.com is which X account is signed in, inside your browser, to warn you when it is not the one connected to xInsightss. ### How far does a plan go? Creator includes 300 replies or follows a month, Pro 1,200 and Power 3,000, from one shared pool. A reply, post, follow or unfollow counts as one; a reply or post with a link counts the same as without, and each attached image counts as one more. Unused ones expire at the end of each month. Reading, analytics, AI drafts, inbox refreshes, patterns and trends are included, and Open in X is free and unlimited. ### Is there a free plan or trial? There is no free plan. The 7-day Pro trial requires a card at checkout, includes 300 replies or follows and is available once per X account. It becomes $49/month unless you cancel before it ends. Open in X stays free and unlimited on every plan. ### What is the free account check? Type any public X account into the box on the home page. The check reads its public profile and its own posts from the last 14 days, works out how often it posts, what a typical post earns and when its posts do best, and AI writes a short read of what works and what you can borrow. It is free and needs no sign-up: one new check per visitor every 30 days, and an account anyone checked in the last 30 days opens instantly. Results are not published. Details in the Privacy Policy. ### Can I stop whenever I want? Yes. Cancel from Billing in the app, and the rest of the month stays yours until the paid period ends.
